Hubby had decided to take me to Chicago Rib at Autocity…somehow the rain stop us from being there…
Sigh…
Remembering there’s a blog about this Bulgarian restaurant at Tanjung bunga, we decided to give it a try…just don’t let me down, ok??
That night, the sky was still pouring heavily beneath. Around 8pm, we finally found the place. It was just next to Ingolf restaurant, the very eminent German retaurant…that served best German sausages… so far
The signboards itself already sky high itself. With spotlight dimmering, you can see the huge signboard written as the Vintage Bulgaria. Inside was a very simpe-and-yet-cozy restaurant itself…
We were greeted warmly by a lady. We were betting that this was the lady of the house.
Taken to the corner of the house, located just next to the cashier, we can see that the place was already crammed with customer.

Firstly, we were served with 2pcs of warmed wholemeal bun. The warmness of the bun somehow melted the butter which we spread generously just now, the bun just taste splendid!!
Next in our ordered list, was the Chicken soup Bulgarian style. When the attendant put them in front of me, I was thinking, “Oh oh….this soup SURE looks creamy enough”….However, to my surprise, it was not CREAMY at all. It was taste as the chicken soup which my mum alwis cooked for us….
With bits of chicken dice and some bits of vermicili, it was like eating the chicken soup with vermicilli ala oriental…Hhahahhaha
Cool…Next come the model, The Russian Salad. Chopped hard-boiled potato mixed with chunks of ham and some diced carrot to dress up, these ingredients were mixed well in big serving of mayo. It was so mouth-watering until you can’t help it to stop it…
No doubt, we can’t take much as the mayo is really killing….hahhahaa
Then, the most suggested Garlic bread with cheese appears. This bread were very interesting where on 1 side of the bread, was the rich garlic butter and on the other side, was the melted mozzarella cheese….
Ohhh lallaa….
Our main course was the last, and yet is the BEST I can ever said… This was called the Pork chop in Bulgarian style…
Oh My Goshhh….never in my life that I have tasted such a GOOD pork chop. The usual that we have, it had been grilled in high temperature and the meat end up to be fibrous and it takes centuries to gulp the meat down our throat.
Over here, the meat was perfectly grilled. It was so just right until you can feel the juiciness is squeezing out within when you gnaw them…It does not taste like any usual-pork-chop at all
Hehheee....Ah B 'tam chiak' look
This place is HIGHLY recommended for those whho looking for something unique to snack on…
Believe me, as I WILL BE BACK.

Seems like it is a good place for dining. The Russion Salad is very attractive to me. :p
