Let's Rib It Out

I have heard of this place really many many times. Some said it even can beat The Ribs in Penang. And some even said, nothing evaluates to these ribs served over here. Hence, I will say why not….

I was in fact looking forward for this place for almost 1 month. Last month, we could not make it as Mr. Rain had bunged and said hello….
I was eventually dreaming of this place though…hahhaha

When we arrived, it was already 7somthing. Almost dark. It was this BIG banner that engrossed us to this place. It claimed; Chicago Ribs, World Famous Ribs and Steaks…Sorry, the quality not that good as my camera is just ‘pa-ria’ hahhahha...The restaurant itself was very cozy. We were the very 1st customer of that evening. The staffs were dressed in BLACK, well-matched with the surroundings. You can see many wordings there where ultimately it was promoting their goodness….Can you guess what's in this?? Hahhaaa….it’s the gigantic knife and the fork….For me, I have ordered this Pineapple Sunrise, where chunkies of pineapples and apples were blended and jumble with this soda water. It taste like the detergent at 1st, but as you taste more, you will actually hunger for it as it really quenced the thirst. For hubby, he ordered this mineral water…..
Hubby: I can have this bottled of water in 90cents –la…hahhahaHere comes our most dream-about dish. Their signature dish, the pork ribs. At 1st bite, the sauces were so rich and the meat was so damn tender. We were quite surprised too. Anyhow, the more we eat, the chewier it got. And the sauce, was it us that slurp up ALL the sauce too fast or was it too little?? Indeed, we found out that the sauce was only brushed on the surface, that’s why, it vanish so fast…Indeed, we felt that the ribs served in ‘The Ribs’ itself is much better. No doubt, the smashed potato was really good.

Next was the oven baked pizza. This is the BBQ chicken pizza... The cheessy feeling was really unbearable, till I barely taste the BBQ chicken cubes as it was covered with loads of cheese.

Overall, I will say you may visit this restaurant as long as you had sturdy teeth and crave for cheessy thingy.
